Banhez Mezcal Artesanal
2 oz Banhez Mezcal
.75 oz Combier Liqueur d’Orange
1 oz fresh lime juice
.25 oz simple syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake for 20 seconds and dump into a tajin & sea salt lined glass.
2 oz Banhez Mezcal
Tsp demerera syrup
2 dash Angostura Bitters
2 dash Orange Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir for 2 seconds, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a flamed orange disc.
.75 oz Banhez Mezcal
.75 oz Lemon
.75 oz Benedictine
.75 Yellow Chartreuse
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe, garnish with an orange twist.
Libélula tequila
2 oz Libélula Tequila
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75oz Combier Liqueur d’Orange
.25oz Simple syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake for 20 seconds and dump into a tajin & sea salt lined glass.
2 oz Libélula Tequila
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
4 oz Grapefruit soda
Build in a tall glass over ice, using a spoon give a gentle stir to fold the ingredients together, garnish with a grapefruit moon and/or salted rim.
1.5 oz Libélula Tequila
.5 oz Mezcal
1 tsp simple syrup
2 dash Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir for 2 seconds, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a flamed orange disc.*
*cut a round shaped disc front your orange, but be sure to only cut the peel, using a lit match warm the outside skin of the disc and express the peel into the flame over the cocktail. Rub the oils of the peel to the inside of the glass and drop inside.
2 oz Libélula Tequila
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
8 oz seltzer or mineral water
Using a 12 oz bottle of hard carbonated water remove 4 oz of liquid from the bottle, slowly pour in the lime juice, then Libélula, garnish with a pinch of tajin on top.

.75 oz Grenadine
2 dash Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with crushed ice, shake for 10 seconds and dump into a tall glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and brandied cherry.
Ana MarÍa tequila
2 oz Ana María Tequila
.25 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
In a wine glass, combine all ingredients except tonic and swirl. Add ice, then wedge thin lime wheels down the side of the glass. Top with tonic and swizzle. Garnish with whole mulling spices.
2 oz Ana María Tequila
.25 oz fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
Q Tonic Grapefruit
Add all ingredients except Ana María and Banhez to a mixing beaker with a splash of water and muddle. Add Ana María, Banhez, and ice and stir. Double strain over 2 in. ice cube into a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon zest and thyme sprig.

2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 white sugar cubes
3 lime wedges, halved
Add all ingredients except Ana María Tequila to a mixing beaker with a splash of water and muddle. Add Ana María and ice and stir. Double strain over 2 in. ice cube into a rocks glass. Garnish with lime rope.

2 white sugar cubes
2 lemon wedges, halved
2 sprigs fresh thyme
Add all ingredients except Ana María and Banhez to a mixing beaker with a splash of water and muddle. Add Ana María, Banhez, and ice and stir. Double strain over 2 in. ice cube into a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon zest and thyme sprig.
